LONDON – In a dramatic twist to the case, Arsenal striker Thierry Henry has asked for all charges against his assailants to be dropped. However, he declined to comment further.
Sir Alex Ferguson, when told about this decision, praised Henry for his professionalism and integrity. In contrast to this, a representative from Arsenal said that Wenger was extremely disappointed with Henry’s decision.
Sir Alex wished the two Singaporeans well and said he hoped to be able to meet them before they returned to Singapore.
